Matthew Toffolo: What motivated you to make this film?

Boubaker Boukhari: I received a classic letter from a friend.
She described me as the little boy who had wings and tried to fly, here I created the basic character. And with a group of friends we did brainstormed to develop the story with an idea to produce a series for TV…

But it was difficult at first and I thought I needed more maturity and experience at that time. Until the project won production support in a competition in the UAE.

How would you describe your short film in two words!?

From the idea to the finished product took ten years, but the real production time is nine months.
