Director Biography – Coalton Hostetler (SMUDGED)

Jack Muldoon is a comedian, writer, and filmmaker. He has been studying at the University of Colorado, Denver for the past 4 years. He has also studied comedy sketch writing at The Second City and enjoys art direction. Jack Muldoon, like most Americans, despises the DMV.

Director Statement

Enter the world of a dystopian DMV. Smudged is about the harsh reality of trying to live in a world where everything is working against you. It attacks the mindset of optimism bias, the idea that large problems that plague the world around you won’t effect you, until they do.
