A man begins to suspect that something strange and sinister is responsible for his recent memory loss.
“The Forgetting Device” stars Jarod Joseph one of the stars of the hit CW series “The 100”. The film also features Anand Rajaram, from the hit PBS series “Odd Squad”.

“The Forgetting Device” features an unforgettable original score composed by the CSA winning duo of Rob Carli and Kristjan Bergey (“Murdoch Mysteries” and “Frankie Drake Mysteries”).

Director Biography – Chris Remerowski

Chris Remerowski is a graduate of the prestigious Cinema Studies Program at the University of Toronto. He is an award-winning filmmaker with over 20 years of experience in the film and television industry.

Chris is currently developing a feature film entitled The Flying Man with financial support from Telefilm Canada and a TV series entitled Outrave for the Revry streaming service.

Chris has recently produced and directed a five-part documentary series entitled Longevity Road Trip (VisionTV). He also recently produced and co-directed three seasons of the documentary / lifestyle series Organic Panic (VisionTV /ONE) which has been sold to territories around the world. Chris also produced and co-directed The Spirit of South Asia, a two-part television series about prominent South Asian Canadians for VisionTV and ONE.

Chris has written, produced and directed six scripted short films and one low budget independent feature film which have screened a film festivals around the world.

Chris is also the president of the board of directors of one of Canada’s oldest artist run centres – Charles Street Video.

Director Statement

“The Forgetting Device” is about how easy it is to willingly slip into an “alternate” world where reality is out of reach.
